MoSi2 heating element is a kind of resistance heating element basically made of high pure molybdenum Disilicide. In oxidizing atmosphere , its max temperature can reach 1800 °C and its applicable temperature is 500-1700 °C. It can be widely used in such applications as sintering and heat treatment on ceramics, magnet, glass, metallurgy, refractory,etc.

TZM alloy

TZM alloy (High Temperature Alloy) is a solid-solution hardened and particle-strengthened molybdenum based alloy. The development of a Mo-Ti solid solution and the fine dispersed Ti-carbides are responsible for the excellent strength properties at temperatures up to 1400°C. The recrystallization temperature of TZM alloy is approximately 250°C higher than moly and it offers better weldability.
